Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Biere Street (RAJATA HOSPITALITY LLP), we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms for cancelling event bookings made through our website.
1. Cancellation Policy
* Standard Events: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled event start time are eligible for a full refund (minus any payment gateway processing fees).
* Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the event may attract a 50% cancellation fee.
* No Shows/Last Minute: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event or “No Shows” are non-refundable.
* Venue Cancellations: If Biere Street cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, force majeure), a 100% refund will be issued.
2. Refund Process
* Request: To request a cancellation, please email us at gmbierestreet@gmail.com with your Booking ID and reason.
* Timeline: Once your cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately.
* Credit: The amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing timelines.

Service Delivery Policy
1. Delivery of Services
Biere Street provides hospitality and event services. We do not ship physical products.
2. Confirmation of Booking
* Immediate Delivery: Upon successful payment for an event booking, you will receive an immediate confirmation via Email and/or SMS to the contact details provided.
* Ticket/Entry Pass: This email/SMS serves as your entry pass or booking confirmation. Please present this at the venue reception upon arrival.
3. Support
