General
• The final count taken by 153 Biere Street’s reception will be considered final. Billing will be done based on the Minimum Guaranteed Pax.
• Last order for food at 11:30 PM and drinks at 12:30 AM.
• Ordering of any food or drinks outside of the chosen package will be billed as per the à la carte price.
• Food and drinks included in the package cannot be parceled.
• In accordance with government rules & regulations, all guests are requested to vacate the restaurant by 12:30 AM.
Package Extension
• The package is extendable at an additional 30% per hour (cost per head, excluding taxes).
Seafood & Mutton
• Seafood & Mutton are available at an additional charge of 200 per person.
Beverages
• Outside beverages are not permitted. All beverages must be consumed within the premises of 153 Biere Street.
• As per Excise Laws, liquor service will be allowed until a maximum of 12:15 AM.
Taxes
• GST @ 5% and service charges will be levied as per government regulations. Taxes at the time of the event will be applicable, irrespective of the quotation provided earlier.
Payment Terms
• As per our company policy, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total function cost is required at least 7 days prior to the event. • The event will not be confirmed until the deposit has been paid. • At the end of the function, an itemized bill will be presented for review and immediate settlement via cash or credit card. Cheques will not be accepted unless credit terms have been pre-approved through a valid purchase order.
• 153 Biere Street reserves the right to cancel any booking if the deposit is not received by the stipulated date.
Cancellation Policy
• By signing this confirmation, the undersigned party agrees to be responsible for full payment of all charges as outlined.
• If cancellation occurs after signing the agreement, the deposit will be forfeited.
