* Rights of Admission: We reserve the right of admission. We may deny entry to individuals who are intoxicated, unruly, or violate our dress code/house rules, even if they hold a valid event booking.
3. Event Bookings and Payments
* Bookings: All event bookings made through the website are subject to availability and confirmation.
* Pricing: Prices for event packages are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable government taxes (GST).
* Payment: We accept payments via UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking through secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., PhonePe). Full payment or a defined advance may be required to confirm your slot.
4. User Conduct
* You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
* Any specialized requests for events (decor, specific food allergies) must be communicated to us at least 48 hours prior to the event.

RAJATA HOSPITALITY LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at an event. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific booking.
